Scoop ERP provides Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions designed to help businesses streamline their operations. Our services may include, but are not limited to, financial management, inventory management, warehouse management, procurement management, human resources management, supply chain management, and customer relationship management tools.
User accounts
To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

The Scoop ERP service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Scoop ERP and its licensors. Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Scoop ERP.
User conduct

Payment and subscription
Certain aspects of the service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of Scoop ERP services. We may change our fees at any time by posting the changes on the Scoop ERP site or by notifying you via email.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Scoop ERP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
